thx for mentioning me, but there are still some mistakes:(
so firstly, you confused letter Д (D) with Л (L)... Д is usually written like upside down V with a line below it, something like the greek letter delta (Δ), but with a wider line.
secondly, about the weird things on top of letters... we have this weird letter called Й (i kratkoye), it sounds like y in the word yogurt and its always written with this thing on top.
and about the phrase "a united family, a russian family!" - the correct form will be "единая семья, российская семья!", the one you wrote in your comic is a mix of genetive and dative cases, which makes it hard to understand. sorry if you have to fix your comic again, its drawn really good, just wanted to point out some mistakes:(
